move God’s people upward.
It is so big it compels us closer to God.

move God’s people outward.
It is so relevant it propels us out of
our comfort zones and into a hurting and lost world.
- It must
move God’s people onward.
It is so holy it draws us closer to Christ’s
return.

Vision Statement
- To glorify God as His church in
Montreal by joyfully loving the people of greater Montreal
and all places where we live and support into a true and
meaningful relationship with God our Father through a life
transforming encounter with Jesus Christ.
What does a true and meaningful
relationship with God look like?
- A life consistently under the
control of the Holy Spirit, direction of the Word of God
and compelled by the Love of Christ
- A life that
has discovered, developed and is using the gifts of the
Spirit as revealed in God’s
Word
- A life that has given itself to
the sharing effectively of his or her faith while demonstrating
love to a believing community and unbelieving world
- A life that lives honestly in
the community of faith (church) while effectively managing
life, relationships and resources as God wills
- A life characterized as worship
focused, kingdom and evangelistically driven, morally pure,
discipleship grounded, family faithful, socially responsible
and missions centered.

2005-2011 Goals and Objectives
Growth
- To Triple our membership in the
next Six years through
Shepherding and Oversight
- To Release our ministries and
members to serve our church and community through their
gifts
- To engage each member in small
group ministry thereby ensuring their encouragement in
the church and release for ministry
- To set forth an undetermined amount
of Deacons who will free the Senior Pastor and Church Plant
Leaders for prayer and the ministry of the Word
- To set forth men and women under
the leading of the Holy Spirit for the work of the gospel
in Quebec and Canada
Multiplication
- To establish an intercession center
in each borough and town of Greater Montreal
- To plant or sponsor at least one
Quebec Church by the end of four years
- To aid and strengthen our Spanish
Congregation enabling them to fulfill the great commission
among Spanish Speaking Canadians
- To fully sponsor at least one
international Orphanage
Missions
- To increase giving 30% annually
towards world and national missions and increase opportunities
mission trips and service among our youth and families
- To aid believers raised in Orphanages
complete their Higher Education Training and Bible School
